Case Study - Co Down: A Labour of Love

New windows were needed to replace the original, deteriorating wooden frames in this 19th Century country farmhouse, set in a rural area of Co. Down. It was of utmost importance to the homeowners, however, that the new windows would not detract from the appearance of their home. They decided therefore to have new sliding sash windows installed, but were concerned about the maintenance involved with wood windows.

Marvin's Aluminium clad sliding sash windows fulfilled the homeowners' requirement for a low maintenance window, while the colour choice of French Vanilla was a close match to the colour of the paint on their original windows, and the ideal contrast to the stone walls and brick quoin. The new windows fitted beautifully into their home.
