Architect: Gregory Architects
St Malachy's Presbytery, close to the centre of Belfast, represents an excellent example of how Marvin products can be adapted to suit individual project needs. The project architects, Gregory Architects were requested to return the 1869 house, as far as possible, 'to its original state, refurbishing and upgrading facilities in the process'.
The existing frames of the hardwood windows were suffering quite badly from dry rot so a decision was taken to replace them. Window Crafters provided the most attractive solution with their proposal to provide 33 Gothic and eyebrow curved top, timber sliding sash windows to precise specifications. They completed the project within a critical time scale and with a window solution that maintained the integrity of this Grade B+ listed building.
